05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Hello everyone. Ask ko lang po sana about ROM if needed pa notarize yung forms, kahit personal kmi, mag, apply sa, embassy of Washington..thanks po.

You'll have a better chance of getting an answer to your question if you use English. You do not have in this sub-forum but you will have to wait for someone who can read Tagalog or till someone has their significant other decipher your question. So, I am no good to you as I can't read Tagalog. Good Luck

I'm taking a guess at your question. Yes the ROM needs to be notarized and you can take it to your bank and chances are they will do it for free. I use Wells Fargo and they did it for me at no charge. I had to process our ROM through the Embassy in Washington DC. I don't know if this was much help.

Only the original application form needs to be notarized, if mailing ROM to the consulate.

If you are going to the consulate/or an outreach event in person you don't need the form notarized.. just wait to sign it there and they will notarize.
