Hello  everyone have question. Got an on I 485 can i add additional evedience with  an Ref? After we submitting the evidence to uscis  people wanted. Can I add additional extra  evidence or should  I wait  for the interview  to submit  them.

And another  question,  do I redo the entire I-485 form they gave an ref on or just submit the evidence? Thanks  in advance.

Depends...what was the RFE asking for?  Did they send the entire package back, or just a letter stating they needed specific documents?

They only  wanted  2016 tax return  cause we only submitted  for 2013,2014 and 2015.They only sent a yellow paper requesting for that but they  didn't  send our all package back.

Then that is all you send. Don't send anything more they will probably just send it back. Just plan on bringing stuff to your interview if you have one.

Provide what they ask for. Go to the IRS website and print a complete tax return transcript 2016 for free, send it with the RFE paper within the given time-frame and you'll be fine.

Did you get an extension to file them late for this year?  If you're filing late, make sure you heed the response date on the RFE for them, if not sent in time they will deny your entire case.

What I'm saying is that the RFE letter gives you a date of when they expect the information requested to be sent in by.  If you don't send the tax info to USCIS by the date on the RFE letter, they will deny your entire AOS application for the non-response/late response.

That's why I said earlier to make sure you take note of when the response date on the RFE is so that you can ensure you get the tax info to USCIS in time.

Yes it's possible.  The EAD and AOS are two separate applications handled by two different departments.

No, they will not send you anything official stating they received the documents requested in the RFE..  It is advisable to get tracking/delivery confirmation when you mail it in to confirm it was delivered to their office.

I got my initial AOS green card years ago, same with my EAD, then did the ROC to get the 10-year green card.

Right now I am going through the process of becoming a citizen.
