Vaccination question in D260

what should be the answer for this question in D-260 form : Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with U.S. law

 

I hope I will have this document in the time of interview  (after medical exam) but not at the time I fill D-260.

If you don't have them when you fill out the form then write no.  If you want to mark yes then wait to do the form until you have them. Many places don't vaccinate like the US does so I'm sure there are many people who write no.

Most of people i know say yes because by the time of your interview you will have it
