Missing SSN number on I-129F form

Hi all, wonder if you can help. My fiancée completed the I-129F form for the K1 visa and left the SSN blank for my information. I previously had an L-1 visa 15 years ago and a social security number but I didn't know the number at time of completing the form and we left it blank.  We are now worried when they go through the application that we left something out. In addition, the DS-260 form asks if you had applied for a SSN number before. I did when living in the states  but I don't recall what it is. 

 We are worried that the background check will flag this as missing information. Has anyone any insight on whether this has been an issue?

It will not be a problem.  Also you fill out DS160 for K1 not DS260.

It won't be a problem. I had SSN from a previous J1 visa nearly 20 years earlier, but I couldn't find it at the time I was applying for k1. Later I found documentation relating to it, so was able to use it for AOS. It never caused an issue.

                                                                                                                                     09/9/19   - received USPS Informed Delivery that USCIS letter would arrive today & it was in the post. Rec'd email from USCIS requesting more info for expedite AP request. Faxed info back immediately.

                                                                                                                                    7/11/19 -  email to check status online, finally "Case was Approved" and "New Card is Being Produced" on site.  App still not updated. 12/11/19 - card was mailed to us; 13/11/19 rec'd tracking number
