So I have been gathering my documents since the end of last month signing as I go along my plan was to mail my application off Sept 13 however we just experienced hurricane Irma here in Florida and printing my conversations is holding me up as our local office depot systems are down right now I'm hoping by this weekend it's back up soooo my question is some of my dates start from August 21 up to today's date is there an expiration date?  Will my application be rejected important documents such as the actual application are dated for the August 23 as well as my g325a do I need to redo these in case it goes pass the date I also plan on sending my application through carrier such as fedex if I send it off by this weekend or Monday will I still be ok?  Also reading the instructions for the passport style photo it only says lightly write your name on the back it said nothing of putting a date on it

If you filled out your forms  month or 2 ago and send it a month from now it will NOT matter. What matters is that the forms are the most current per USCIS website AND that the forms are signed and dated including the Letters of intent signed and dated by each of you. The 2x2 passport style photos of both of you do NOT need to be dated but your names should be on the back the reason for this is that they are small items and can easily fall out of your file on to floor or desk of officer and if he has 20 files at his desk this will make it easier for them to know where the photos belong. Best idea is to put both photos in a plastic sandwich baggy and clip it to the front of your petition. G325a is NOT needed and does zero help to send it. Send with delivery confirmation and make a copy of entire file in event post office or USCIS loses it.

Good luck
