Hi everybody,

After receiving NOA2 and completing Affidavit of Support and all the support documents for this form. Do I send it to my fiance in the foreign country (Vietnam to be specific) or I send it directly to HCM Consulate? If I send it to my fiance, does she bring it with her to interview or mail it to Consulate before the interview? Thank you for you help!

The letter she received from the consulate should instruct how she needs to provide the documents (whether to mail them or bring to the interview). My fiance brought everything to the interview. You should mail the I-134 and supporting documents to your fiance, and she will either bring them to the interview or mail them ahead of time. Again the letter in the package three should tell you.

And make sure that you bring an organized copy of everything that you sent to the USCIS. If you have any relevant new material, take it with you. If you don't have everything, it is highly likely that you will be denied (at least temporarily). They will tell you/ask you if anything is needed. Be very prepared. Make sure you have the invite letter when approaching the consulate. You can't get in without it. And don't drag a bunch of stuff into the consulate. We saw one American with a bunch of suitcases and bags - that didn't fly well with the guards.

On other Topic, What should we put in DS-160 for marital status if she's never been married before? Not sure if it's Single or married for K1
