No they gave ds5535 to fes and wajda taza  nador

I'm not from Fes, or Wajda or Taza or Nador.

And you just proved that they didn't only give it to people from Fes. They gave it to other people too. There are way more important factors that make the Consulate Officer decide whether to ask you to fill out the form, not only your city.

I know some in Casa who got it too. Were you doing k1 or CR1? Have you traveled outside Morocco before?

I never knew this form even existed until my fiancé was handed this form after his interview. They have an open discussion for Americans to give their thoughts on this form. If anyone is willing to give their thoughts please do so before October 2nd. I don't see anything wrong with the form, but I think when submit your original application, this form should be included in the checklist. Having people on edge and wondering is a hindering. Fiancés can't make wedding plans and married couples having to obtain a LDR after already waiting. I don't think this form was thought out well

My case is a K1 visa. I filled out form DS-5535 and was in AP for 2 months and a half. That's all.
