There's no AOS visa. AOS grants you a green card. And no, changing address shouldn't add time to your process provided that you have promptly updated USCIS so that they can send your notices and green card to the correct address.

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

Actually, moving might make you wait longer and slow down the process. That's if you are moving to a state that falls under a different service center. Such as moving from California to New York.

The immigration process caused me PTSD.
