We're completing the packet for AOS from K1. Found conflicting info whether we still need to submit I-693 if we had a medical done 3 months  ago or is the DS 3025 the only thing we need to submit or both? Help

In your case, DS-3025 should suffice if you're not missing any shots. Otherwise, go get the missing shots and then have a local CS transcribe your DS-3025 and new vaccinations onto the I-693 :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
