hi sorry my English not good I just wanna ask about K1 visa are papers already in USCIS  already we reserved  a letter case number we are just waiting now the NOA 2. just about the divorce papers I just give them certificate of divorce I'm  married  in Islamic tradition  I read all the message here make me scared and my name  is change  I have proof  and legal name change just worried about the certificate of divorce tnx...

I'm  sorry just new here then cannot understand my English is broken  well just wanna  ask about K1 visa  certificate divorce me and my fiance already send are papers in USCI  we received  already case number then we are waiting the NOA 2.I was married in Islamic way I got certificate of divorce  and DFA redribbon we send are papers in USCIS  I send only certificate of divorce and proof of legal change name my finality still in process I call muslim affair they told me end of this month my finality already then we need to send to NSO or PSA for annotated  just worried maybe  my papers denied tnx....

As long as you got married and divorced by Sharia court you will be fine. The only time people have problems with the US Embassy in Manila in regards to Sharia Law divorce is when they got married by a Christian Church and then get a divorce in Sharia court. Where in Pinas are you from if you don't mind me asking?

I am not K-1 Visa but n regards with Muslim divorce, I submitted the NSO marriage cert with annotation of the divorce and certificate of finality but I read in one thread that they are accepting certificate of divorce (no need for DFA certification for all the documents). How about your CENOMAR? the muslim divorce will not appear in the CENOMAR even if you are already divorced.

As long as the divorce was final before filing the I-129F petition you should be fine.

I have only DFA redribbon and PSA certificate of divorce.
