Affidavit of Support

I filed the Affidavit of Support form with the I-130 Package thinking that was required. I-130 was approved and moved to NVC and we paid the Affidavit of Support processing fee and Visa application fee as well as completing the D-261 and D-260 forms online. 

 

Should I be filing the AOS form and supporting documents again or will the package contents I filed with the I-130 follow the case?

I would file it again; the I-864 may have been thrown away.

Whether the I-864 is still in the file or not, NVC is unlikely to notice it, and it is not up to date.  Send one that is  current, with current evidence of current income.  You've likely filed another tax return since you filed the I-130, so all the numbers in that section need to be updated as well.  Fortunately, that form hasn't been replaced, so you can simply edit your old one if the PDF is saved.
