send the documents to NVC, if not sent earlier. put civil and financial documents in one envelope. see the guidelines here http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/NVC_Process

I do not believe it is a CC. The reason being is that it show say "AT NVC" and his Action Required does not show that status.

 

@Tomcruze After you submitted DS-260 did you mail your documents to NVC?

The mod removed the second picture which was a screenshot of @Tomcruze's status which said "At NVC". The screenshot was removed since you could clearly see their case number. This is why this post doesn't make much sense anymore.
