MY QUESTION ARE ! SHOULD I BRING IT UP AT MY INTERVIEW ? IS THIS A misdemeanor ? CAN THEY DENIAL  ME BECAUSE OF THIS ?  Any advice will be much appreciated Thanks

sounds like a citation to me.

You should  bring it up.

Not enough information to know if it is a misdemeanor

Maybe they can deny you.  I doubt they will but that is based on the limited information

Dont pay the fine because if you do you will be pleading guilty to what you were actually given the ticket for. Go to court fight the ticket until the prosecutor gives you a plea deal to a lesser offense which will most likely be considered a traffic offense not a misdemeanor. You will pay a hefty fine but it won’t lead to points on your license & and a record. I dont think you need to disclose a pending traffic offense to USCIS so go on your oath ceremony as schedule.
