Cr-1 visa got returned to NVC and now stuck at uscis

Hello VJ,

My wife got her visa interview on January 2017, unfortunately she got refused with 221g and returned back to uscis for review. NVC received the case back on February 2017 and then uscis received from NVC on March till now I have no any update from both NVC and uscis.

last week and today when I logged in CEAC I saw they update the date twice, but not uscis website. Does it mean they have started working on my case? If so how much longer will I get something from them? Thanks guys
