When I send the affidavit of support, I forgot to make a copy of it and send it to my wife. The interview date came and what should I do? She needs to bring a copy of it to the interview.

She doesn't have to have a copy to get thru the meeting. Can you email her one? They have your wet signature on one in file. She just needs to understand the basics of that support she would receive if there was an issue.

You usually don't need to bring the I-864 to the interview for a spousal visa. Did the embassy ask for it in their interview letter? If so, fedex it to her.

Are you saying you didn't save the PDF file on your computer and no copy is available to be scanned and emailed?  If not, scan and email it.  If you sent the original to NVC, you should be fine, but make sure your wife is quite familiar with your finances and sources of income in case she's asked.

So, you filled it out by hand or never saved the PDF either?

I filled it out by hand and just send it

OK, well.  Don't do that ever again with any future paperwork.  You'll be needing to remember that in a couple years when removing conditions.  (Unless this will be an IR1 visa)
