Big news...I have thought for sometime that Amazon would make a strategic brick and mortar move to compliment their door to door model. I think this is the first salvo.  If they get the WF brand for home groceries, that alone is worth it

Possibly, I know a lot of people that still enjoy going to the store, or need that last minute item for a party.  That being said, probably a good deal for Amazon.

I hate going to the store personally, my wife and I avoid it like the plague, till we have nothing to eat. That said, I wasn't referring necessarily to ordering groceries, but rather, maybe their next step in this:
