11 weeks?

Hello all,

 

I called NVC last week, they said they received our paperwork on June 2nd, is that my scanned date? Or should I call back and ask if its been scanned or not?

also they said 11 weeks, is it up to 11 weeks or sooner?

Yes June 2nd would be your scan date, and while the official word from NVC is that it takes around 11 weeks, some have been getting processed around the 8 - 10 week mark.

30 days on DCF or email processing

On mail processing usually takes 9-11weeks

Just be patient and start calling them once a week on 4th week and thrice a week on your 8th week, and hopefully everyday on 9-10week  even you'd hear them say please call after 11 weeks blah blah

Have you had a chance to look at our spreadsheet? Open to all NVC scan dates in 2017 (mail, email, CEAC upload)

I sent mine on Tuesday May 30th. They received it pretty fast

No I have not received an email.

They wont email anyone, saying they received our documents. It is best to call them, 2-3 days after sending them to ensure that they received and scanned your documents.. because after filing and completing the ds260 online and having your so-called scanned date, that's when you start counting weeks
