Hello everyone, I am working on the I-134 with my fiance lately after we received our NOA2 last week. But we found that all the example we searched online were 99% old form. I saw some people said they might denied you if you fill in this form inaccurately. So we are trying to be more careful while filling this form. There are a few questions about this new form, we appreciate if anyone can help.

1). As in the I-134 instruction "How to fill out Form I-134". No.3 as below. Is that mean all questions have to be answered. We can not leave blank? Also, I saw another post, people said this is only about"questions", if those are  "statement",you can leave it blank. So I want to make sure this question.

2). If all questions have to be answered,is that mean below question also need to fill in N/A when we don't have used name?

3).My Fiance is born in America, do we need to answer below question?

4).My fiance only need to support me when I get to the States and he doesn't need to support anyone else in the States now. Do we need to fill in? If not, based on the 1) question, we should fill in N/A?

5).And this tricky question. We have been discussing this question for a while but still no answer. Which box should we choose? My fiance said if choose "intend",it probably ask for him to provide a lump sum of money. But I don't agree with him. I think we should choose "intend" and explain what he will support me and what I will pay for myself. I also saw another answer is this question is for those tourism visa not including K1 visa.So it really confuses us now.

1. Some of the fields will be left empty. Example: zip code or postal code for non-existent dependent's address because those fields only allow numerical answers.

2. Yes, put N/A.

3. No to 11a and 11b.

4. N/A because you are not an existing dependent.

5. Check "intent" then add an explanation "N/A (K-1 visa process)" in Part 7 Additional Information.

Personally, I fill them with either N/A or NONE. The person who taught me only put N/A in the name boxes and left the rest blank though :)
