today in the morning, after 2 days that I paid Aos, I received a letter in my email and I log in aND pay it☺ it have to say PAID and then you can pay next fee, I am now getting all documents

but it said PAID yet,?? it depends on the bank too, if  so you can call nvc to unblock application fee, I think tomorrow the payment will clear up

It says in PROCESS.  Can I talk to NVC to unblock the application fee IV application

Called NVC.. they have received My petition on 21st June 2017, but case is not yet craeted... PD is 28th dec 2016..

Can amybody siggest how long actually it takes NVC to assign case.?

yes !!!  those are the 2 fees and after that fill out aos and ds260
