I sent my K1 petition off today. Once I receive my Noa1 is there anything I Or my fiancé can start working on to get out of the way why we wait for approval?

Not much can do right now at the moment. It's roughly a 3 month wait until you received the NOA2, then it can take at least 3 weeks to go from USCIS, NVC, and then to the Kingston Embassy.

I plan on starting my next steps in August (collecting financial documents for Affidavit of Support, updated letters of intent, proof of ongoing relationship since filing the petition, etc.). If you start too early, the paperwork will be outdated and then you will have to collect everything again.

The longest and hardest part at this point is the waiting for the NOA2. Afterwards, everything starts to move a faster because the next steps pretty much fall on your fiance to gather up his documents, medical and interview!

ROC Filing:

4/21/2021 - Sent ROC Package via FedEx

4/22/2021 - FedEx package delivered and signed

5/11/2021 - Check cashed

5/14/2021 - Received NOA1 via mail (NOA1 date: 5/8/2021)

6/9/2021 -  Biometrics waived - Case updated to Fingerprints taken

Yes, you can pray. Pray that they approve your petition in reasonable time. There are still Dececember and January filers waiting for NOA 2 and there is not clear reason why.

Check in on a few of the forums (Feb filers, March filers....) you'll find a wealth of information and tips from others. Also you'll get an idea as to how long uscis is taking to issue NOA 2.

Good luck on your journey!

As far as I know, it must be in English. If you wish to send both, one must be in English
