Officially going insane over EAD

As the title says I'm officially going insane.

I had to have unexpected emergency surgery and while the insurance covered most there is still some to pay (annoying) and my husband CAN afford it but it means we have to tighten our belts just that little bit  making me feel terrible, because I can't even contribute to the household legally at the moment, I called up to have my EAD expedited, woohoo happy days this looks hopeful and they emailed me asking if i can send proof of why i need this  pushed forward.

 So as asked I sent the proof of the medical bills, a couple of days later I get  another email  crossing everything i would have got a consideration .. alas it's another RFE and this time I can't comply and send  while having gone for job interviews explaining my situation to at least get on the  Consideration for employment once i had  said employment documents, and it sort of worked! however  the email from USCIS asked for proof of job offer and now i'm in a vicious cycle of;

Employer : we can't give you a  job offer until you have your documents

USCIS : we can't expedite your EAD case until you have a job offer.

not only that the company in which have said once you have your ead call us are now passing me around the plant  no one knows of how  to get me a letter of consideration  saying like we would like to employ her but we legally can't until this is produced.

 

Anyone got any advice, or experience?

Explain the situation to your potential employer? Let 'em know it's a "go ask mommy" "go ask daddy" situation.

 You have just explained it perfectly, it's driving me mad how much it really is a go ask your mom or go ask your dad situation, one problem i've done this.

 apparently no one in the plant knows who needs to actually  grant me this

I think just a simple letter is all they need, on company letterhead, showing that you have a job being offered to you. They could put something like "pending work authorization approval" on it.

I just managed to get the HR bosses number  she didn't pick up but i left a message HOPEFULLY we'll get somewhere with this.

 That's all i'm asking for like a letter of consideration  to say we're  keeping the laws  up  by not employing me without authorization but we need permission of yous then we will happily employ

Absolutely, and it's entirely the company's right to rescind a job offer if you don't meet qualifications too, especially if you're in an at-will state.
