When NVC Is Done With My Case?

Will the Nvc Contact me by email or mail when my case is done and will they send instructions for the medical and the interview by Email or mail? The Nvc Currently Emails so would they email me instructions for the Medical and Interview?

All correspondence from NVC came to me via email only...that included a checklist for missing items on Jan 13, 2017, a "You are in queue for an interview" email on April 10th, 2017, and and the official interview date/medical exam email on April 15th, 2017.

After that date, all correspondence came directly from the consulate via email.

in my case I received emails but they also sent physical mail copies to my husband but I would get the email at least 2-3 weeks before my husband received the mail. So we had both.

We received an email about the approval a few weeks before hubby received hardcopy in the mail.
