Hello everyone,

my parents have interview on June 14, 2017 in US consulate Islamabad. Can i resubmit i-864 with my new 2016 tax-return even NVC didn't ask for it, because they have my 2015 tax return, however they did ask to resubmit i-864a with original sig during an interview.  Thanks for your help.

Yes you can, but what they asked for was something else- the I-864a.  Did you file jointly with your wife maybe?

Thanks for your response. yes i did jointly with my wife. I am afraid they may ask a new since i filed 2016 tax because i sent 2015 income tax to NVC. NVC did asked in checklists to submit I-864A with the new sigature and date during in interview but i was wondering I-864 should i send that form too with the 2016 incometax?
