Hello,

My husband and I just finished our immigration process (I-130 Approved). He will be here in 15 days and we're super excited. My husband has a 15 year old daughter and is know considering coming to the U.S to be with us. What application do will need to submit and how long will the process be? She will be coming to be with us and she be going to high school. Is there some type of student visa she can use? What would be the fasted way to get her home? Will it take a 1year like my husbands Visa? She wasn't sure about coming when we first started the process for my husband. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT

hi

exactly, same process as your husband, and i130 and around a year of time, as she is under 21, so she is considered an immediate relative

she will probably be denied a student visa because it is a non immigrating visa, and a petition show immigrating intent
