AOS

Hello everyone, I sent AOS packet about 2-3weeks ago, USPS website says packet delivered, however, havent received any response from USCIS, money hasnt been withdrawn from my account... anybody going through same issue? Im starting to worry, should I sent another package or wait a little longer? Any answers will help!!

Don't worry or send another package. It took me three weeks to get my AOS notice (Chicago Lockbox). USCIS moves slowly at times. If 30 days have passed without a receipt notice, you can email USCIS Lockbox Support. There are instructions here.

Same happened to me too.

USCIS cashed the check after 3 weeks.

I assume that they have still a backlog in Chicago.

am on the same boat here .. .. Sent on 04/25 and received on 04/26 ... nothing from uscis(check not cashed)

 

i called them to find out, was told it will take up to 4 weeks.

Yes.

You can submit a service request after 30 days. USCIS won't tell you anything about your case before the 30 day mark.

Took 3 weeks until they cashed our check. Other members had to wait almost 4 weeks.

yyyeee!.. Good news i finally got a Text/email notification Last night 05/14
