Hello, Has any one than gone through the Ghana embassy to get here help me out with this please. In filling the adjustment of status, did anyone had to go through another medical examinations (Form I693) in addition to the one at Akai Clinic when filling the adjustment of status form? I'm in the process but I see that it asks about medical, has anyone just submitted the form from Akai and gone through or do we have to see a USCIS approved doctor hear again for this.? PLease help, all HELP are welcome in regards to this. Thank you all in advance.

If the medical is less than one year old you can supply them with the completed vaccination record. DS-3025. If it has been over a year then yes they need to see a civil surgeon for a new physical which can be pretty pricey.

08/15/2014 : Met Online

06/30/2016 : I-129F Packet Sent

11/08/2016 : Interview - APPROVED!

11/23/2016 : POE - Dallas, Texas

From sending of I-129F petiton to POE - 146 days.

 

02/03/2017 - Married 

02/24/2017 - AOS packet sent

06/01/2017 - EAD/AP Combo Card Received in mail

12/06/2017 - I-485 Approved

12/14/2017 - Green Card Received in mail - No Interview

Vaccination card from akai house, thats all u need since the mesical record is taken from u at the embassy, just filled my husbands and thats all we added, copy of the vaccination card

Hi, thank you for your response. Was yours accepted like that or did you have to do something else to notify uscis that it was done in Ghana and you only have the card. Please let me know how you did it and if it was accepted as such. Thanks.

Just sent mines in but its states it in the requirement

Okay thank you. Can you please keep me updated on this. I will be sending mine in next month after our weeding. Let me know if they accepted yours.

hello

Am new here, just need some help.

concerning the medical examination for AOS, i just fill part 1 of I-693 and add the vaccination booklet from ghana.

secondly is there a cover page for the AOS and how the arrangement is done before sending it( meaning arrangement of the AOS package)
