Hello guys!!  I just wanna share regarding on the k1 fiance visa me and my fiance confused about this in the website:

www.K1approved.com   number 14 it said that : you have to SNAIL MAIL the form etc.. What is that mean?..  If you can check that site you will know what im trying to ask...need some help.. Thank you

It means send the physical I-134 form (and supporting documents) through the mail. They need a wet signature on the I-134.

7/19/2017: Visa in hand

So it means it will not allowed to bring it with the person like my sister,  they both friends and nieghbor my sister will be coming over in the philippines nextweek so my fiance asked my sister to bring that following papers over here would it be okay?  Or its really need to mail through post office or DHL?

What they mean, most likely, is they need the physical copy of the paperwork he signed, not a mail/DHL receipt. Most people don't have sisters who are traveling to the country of their fiance so they ask that you snail mail the paperwork.

02/14/2014 - Case shipped to Embassy, where it waited for over a year at my request                                 11/07/2015 - AOS approved (EAD and AP had already been approved) - there was no interview

05/21/2015 - Interview - Approved

Using the post office of DHL can be used, but if you have somebody physically bring it, that's fine as well. The beneficiary just needs the original paperwork somehow.
