Hello Vjers,

My mom filed form i130 for me and my priority date is 16th November 2016. Moreover, my case hasn't been approved though as of today it has already been 152 days. I am 18 years old at the moment and am scared to death that I will age out. But I heard CSPA freezes my age until USCIS approves my case. Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

hi

relax, the age is 21 so it will be sooner than that to get your GC. the process is around 2 years, they are currently working on 2015

6 months for the i130 to be approved isn't much, there may be delays since there is a waiting period

so no cspa is needed
