Hello i do have a question which I'm a little bit anxious. I came to the U.S with a k3 visa, after for sometime i filed for AOS and after 3 months of my Bio metrics, me and my wife had some marital issues and separated for sometime, within that time she called uscis to withdraw the i130 which automatically denied my i485. now that we are back after for like 5 to 6 months separation not divorce. we re filling again for I130 and I485. What should we expect? Thanks

You should expect extra scrutiny and questions about this at the interview. Your eligibility is still valid since you didn't divorce, but naturally you will be asked about it and you will respond honestly and it shouldn't pose a problem.

You don't have a timeline entered, it would help. After a withdrawal and re-application I would expect an interview.
