K 1visa

Hi , and thanks for your help. I come the usa with a k1 visa we get premarry  and I have my marry certification, but we did not marry with the justice so in 2 monts tha certification of marriage will not be valid, I left the USA  country befoure finish my 90 days and getting marry becouse I haved and emergency with my sister, plus my fiance mom was knowing she was having a terminal cancer and we all was having a hart time.The question is if we can steel using the k1 visa to bring me back to the usa and get marry becouse we really do not want to be fart away from each other any longer. What we should do if I am out of the state and with no more time in my k1 visa.please I need help, thank you.

Unfortunately no. That K1 is no longer valid. It is a one time use and you used it when you came the first time.

 

If you got married you have to file for a spousal visa. Unfortunately it will take about 1 year to complete.

Time to apply for the spouse visa and wait for about 12 months for the new visa.

Huge mistake to leave the US without AP or green card.

Ok , but how about if my fiance ask me as a fiance one more time , othe 

But how about if we applay the k 1 visa one more time , or what do you think will be the best for us to do? Or maby if I applay for other kind of visa and ask for adjust of status?

That marry certification is not valid if a justice not sign, so we do not have that.

You can reapply for a K1 but you are better off marrying and doing a cr1 because it's gonna be a lot of money wasted for a K1 then aos.
