Dear everybody,

I need help badly.  I will write my story in short to make it more clear.

Me and my american fiance got our noa2 on March 24th. And now I have a lot of questions.  My american fiance is disabled and therefor his oldest sister will be our joint/co sponsor. Now I have the following questions.

1. What does my american fiance have to send me after receiving our noa2. He is disabled,  doesn't meet the financial requirement to get me there (his oldest sister will sponsor me/him/us). He doesn't pay tax. Can someone give me a list what he needs to send me?

2. What does his sister send me? She is our joint/co sponsor. Can anybody provide me with a list with what it is she has to send to me?

3. And my last and 3rd question is this.  I'm dutch. What do I have to gather after having received our noa2? And does anybody have a list with the order how everything needs to be arranged right now and where to be etc. This whole process makes me nervous.

Anybody please help me.  I desperately need help.  Thank you! Greetings Marjolein

Here is some information. Click on the link below and scroll down to the section on what to send after receipt of NOA2.

I would also recommend searching online for the embassy where your interview will take place to see if they have instructions and specific requirements for what you need to have. From what I understand, a letter will be mailed to give instructions as well.  Congrats on your NOA2 and good luck!  I"m still waiting.

1. What does my american fiance have to send me after receiving our noa2. He is disabled,  doesn't meet the financial requirement to get me there (his oldest sister will sponsor me/him/us). He doesn't pay tax. Can someone give me a list what he needs to send me? He needs to send you original I-134 form regardless if he makes anything or not. He needs to supply something to show he doesn't have to file taxes.  His sister, the co-sponsor, also needs to send you a copy of an I-134 filled out by her with all supporting financial documentation (pay stubs, W2's or Tax transcripts, letter of employment from employer, bank statements(if using savings or assets) ect.

2. What does his sister send me? She is our joint/co sponsor. Can anybody provide me with a list with what it is she has to send to me?  Listed above.

3. And my last and 3rd question is this.  I'm dutch. What do I have to gather after having received our noa2? And does anybody have a list with the order how everything needs to be arranged right now and where to be etc. This whole process makes me nervous.  Each country is a little different on what they require, and some country specific forms; but you will need a police report for your country, and any other country you have lived in for more than 6 months after age 16(if applicable). Other items you need to generally find out from the embassy there. Try searching for the embassy in the netherlands and see if they have a list or anything for interviews. Other users here can definately help also.

You will need to complete a medical soon also after your fiance receives the NVC case number.

Anybody please help me.  I desperately need help.  Thank you! Greetings Marjolein

Actually... 100% guideline for the I-134 for 3 is only about $25,000 right now I think. Couldn't seem to find the exact numbers... it is not $45,000.....

Even for AOS at 125% it isn't that high.

My america fiance who is disabled only has to have:

I.134f

2. Bank overview for the last year

3. 1099's of the past year

4. A letter that he doesn't pay tax due to low income

5. Intend to marry letter.

This is what I know.  I know that his sister has to give me everything he normally had to give me.  Because he can't work and she is our co sponsor,  it is the reason why she has to provide that info.

What is a question to me,  is that my as medical fiance can call the nvc on april 10th to get our case number.  So everything will be send to me? Official letters on when to schedule a medical and a interview + which evidence or documents they need?

I already have my birth certificate and proof of being unmarried, that I got legalised and I send that with the official i-129f. Do I need to get new ones?

I'm going to require the good conduct paper on Monday and have it legalised too. Anything else I'm forgetting?

Your certificate of good conduct needs to be dated close to your interview date plus you can't "just require" one. When the Embassy sends you packet 3, it'll give you a link that will allow you to print an official document saying that the US Consulate requires a certificate of good conduct with the reasons (visa and immigration). Just wait for the letters, as I advised you earlier today. I know you want to do everything fast and easy but like this it's not going to happen. Once packet three comes in, go get your VOG, your international birth certificate etc. You have enough time. Geduld is een schone zaak.

I'm pretty sure we already told you in the Dutch group what you need.
