If you refer to this link https://www.uscis.gov/ilink/docView/22CFR/HTML/22CFR/0-0-0-1/0-0-0-500/0-0-0-1928.html, it looks like your visa was revoked. However, whether or not you are eligible for a new visa application of any kind in the future, I guess it highly depends on the reason for the revocation and if they are only placing a certain number years barring you from obtaining any American visa.

 

Did the cancellation/revocation took place at the point of entry in the US OR was this during an interview for a different type of US visa?

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

The visa was revoked and you cannot use it to enter the US. Why and where was it revoked?

It means your visa is no longer good.  It was cancelled.  It's no longer valid.

 

You would need another visa to visit the US.  Whether you qualify for another visa may depend on why your visa was cancelled.


What was the reason for the cancellation?

Your visa was REVOKED, not just Cancelled. This is pretty serious issue. It likely means you were not truthful when you applied for your visa or there is something in your past that you did not reveal at the interview or in your application or at the airport. Who wrote the mark in your visa? The Embassy or the immigration officials at the airport?   To answer your question, you may be able to get a new visa but you need to be 100% honest regarding whatever issue led to the visa being revoked.

There is no difference between being revoked or cancelled.  You are making a distinction where there is none.
