I have to go for IVF/infertility treatment to India which might take around one year. Meanwhile I have to apply for removal of conditions on my green card acquired by marriage. My husband will stay in USA only. So the question I have is:

Can I apply while staying in India? If yes, do I give India address or USA address.

If a biometric is required, can I schedule the appointment at consulate in India. It is mentioned in the instructions for i751 but I am not sure about it or how it works out.

This is required because in case I get pregnant, I will not be able to travel for applying/biometric/interview.

You are choosing to go to India vs doing treatment in the USA.  I suggest waiting until you have at least done ROC, preferably have citizenship.

I would also validate what happens if you do get pregnant and your husband is not the biological father, would a visa be required for the child (I know it is tricky for Canadian citizenship, so I would double check about American citizenship rules).
