Have a good day! I would like to ask about processing B2 Visa with sponsor. How to apply? and How to get the form for fill up? All reply very appreciated.

 

More details is my fiancee want me to visit his country for tourist so that if we apply for fiancee visa we have lots of evidenced and proof since he already visit me here in Philippines.

Im asking for more idea about this. Thank you so much....

There is no sponsor with a B2 visa.  You will have to prove that you have sufficient ties to your homeland and that you will return to the Philipines after the holiday..  Any sponsorship, invitation letter, proof of him paying your way.... all that can work against you as, if you have nothing to return to and you are dependent on him, you're more likely to try and stay in the US.

There's no such thing as sponsorship for a B2. A B2 is issued based on your own merits i.e. your ability to prove your ties back in the Philippines and that you have every reason not to abandon your home.

 

To get apply for a B2, you'll need to complete the DS-160 and schedule your appointment online.

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

No sponsorships for visitor visas. You apply on your own.

I strongly agree with EmilyW---if you and your fiance's goal is to spend more time together and take lots of pictures as evidence, go to a third location and have a vacation as a family with your son (Thailand, Cambodia, Indonesia, anywhere that a Filipino passport can go without having to apply for a visa). I'm afraid there is a big chance of your US tourist visa being denied since your circumstances all work against you---him paying for everything, you two being in a relationship, etc.
