Hello guys just want you to look over what i have to see if anythings missing for the i 130 based on your own experiances cause im going for a successful first part of the journey . i do note im a american citizen petitioning a philippine citizen ive been talking to since 2011.

Here's a list of what we provided... hope this helps.  Also started our journey while pregnant with a little one. Congratulations!

Firstly we did a letter explaining the timeline of our relationship and our intent, along with what our future plans are. Then the following 
 

SECTION 1:  FORMS

·       I-130 petition for alien relative

·       G-325A Biographic Information (petitioner)

·       G-325A Biographic Information (beneficiary)

·       G-1145 e-notification of Application/Petition Acceptance

 

SECTION 2:  IDENTIFICATION

·       Certified passport copy  (petitioner)

·       Certified passport copy  (beneficiary)

·       Passport size photos 

 

SECTION 3:  PROOF OF MARRIAGE AUTHENTICITY

·       Marriage certificate

·       Wedding photos

·       Baby ultrasound pictures, pregnancy announcement & letter from doctor

 

SECTION 4:  PROOF OF LIVING TOGETHER & LENGTH OF RELATIONSHIP

·       Copy of lease agreements held together

·       Joint bank account letter from bank (showing when our account was opened)

·       Co-mingling of finances – joint bank account transactions for dinners, outings, etc.

·       Rental receipts – printout of bank statement from joint account

·       Evidence of relationship start date – facebook

·       Evidence of email conversations on Facebook - snippets of various conversations

·       Evidence of early relationship – visits to each other doing long distance

·       Spouse moves to Australia – flight itinerary

·       Temporary spousal visa for Australia

·       Flight itinerary for first family Christmas 

·       Various photos of the two of us over the years as a couple

 

SECTION 5:  EVIDENCE OF OTHER TRIPS TAKEN TOGETHER

·       (listed trips taken, year and month of trip, and whether it was photos or photos and itinerary for each... then provided a collage of pictures for each trip along with itinerary).  I've removed the details here just for privacy reasons.  

I listed 8 different trips we took including me visiting his family, him visiting my family, our honeymoon, anniversary trips, cruise holidays etc.  So it wasn't just one or two things.

Pictures of our unborn baby inside  Worthless, only shows that a person is carrying a baby; does absolutely nothing to establish relationship bona fides
