I'm a Philippines Passport holder. My passport was renewed last year at Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. 

 

I'm confuse what to put for my DS 160

 

country/authority that issued passport/ travel document

where was the passport/travel document issued?

Is this correct? or should I put Philippines?

That's correct, it was issued IN Riyadh BY the Philippines.

Opo it is correct. I had to do the same thing for my asawa when we got to this stage in the K1 visa process. She was issued her passport when she was a a OFW in Doha, so I had to put it just like that as well.
