i posted this post before but i have more questions need to ask so sorry for posted too many posts. The question is I'm helping my  mom to file form i-130 to petitioning my brother who is still live in my mom's country. He 33 and never get marriage but he used to dated with one lady and they got 2 kids but they broke up and their kids live with my brother. so when my mom files form i-130 for my brother does she has to files another 2 i-130 forms for his 2 sons or my brother and his 2 sons can just be filed together in one i-130 form??
