i-693 for K1? Can't find a stright answer!

I've read many different things and nothing seems to tell me clearly. Even the i-693 instructions seem to be a bit confusing.

I need to know once and for all if, as a K1 visa holder who has had the full medical in London needs to even bother with the i-693 form. Is attaching the medicals forms that were handed to him enough? We already paid an arm and a leg for the medical, and to go back to a civil surgeon and pay to basically have him sign off doesn't seem to make sense.

 

Anybody else send in only their DS-3025 and not have it come back with an RFE?

Yes the DS-3025 is enough for AOS BUT it has to be marked as complete.

There is a part that says 'This K-non immigrant applicant did receive the required vaccines and the US vaccination requirements are complete for this applicant'

Yes the doctor should have marked that in the little box.

There is a box that says US vaccination complete, which is not checked because varicella was not available and he has already had chickenpox....is this of concern?

The doctor should have given a waiver for that. Is it written in the list further up?

Both me and my son have had chickenpox and therefore we will never get that vaccine and we were fine.

 

I have attached a picture of how ours look like with the varicella and the complete box.

It's written that he has a history of chicken pox and at the very end of the report, on the second page, the words that I quoted earlier are typed in the 'remarks' section.

If I send this in with the AOS application, the worst that could happen is that we get an RFE back and we'll have to do something with the i-693, correct?

Yes that's correct about the varicella history

 

Yes the worst they can do is ask for a new medical  (or in the case just the I-693) that you will bring for the interview.

 

See the picture that I attached further up. If it look like that then you are fine.
