Heading for continuation sheets & question about travel frequency

What should the heading be for a continuation sheet?  We need to attach one for the "trips abroad" section.

 

Also, he's been out a total of 35 times since entering the country.  Should I attach an explanation letter about why he travels so much?  It's for his job and I'm sure his boss could write a letter up.  But he travels mostly to Latin America (because he speaks Spanish!) and I'm worried about the stigma associated with that.

I added a few additional/continuation sheets. On the title I put name of the section it belongs to like this: Continuation sheet for Section X Trips Abroad
Then I added page number as, for example: page 9a, page 9b, page 9c, page 9d, etc and placed the continuation sheets right after the original sheet.

I wrote it like a formal letter.

 

Dated at top and signed at bottom. Also headlined like this

 

Re:    Continuing List of International Travels Form N-400 Part 8 – Item 3

 

List below all trips of 24 hours or longer that you have taken outside the United States during the last 5 years: (Continued from Table on Page 7 of Form N-400)

 

This was the old form. Those Part/item/page numbers need to be updates.

I didn't but my longest trip was 3 weeks long, all touristic trips. Does it say anything about explanation on the instructions?

No, doesn't say to explain anything.  I worry it's a red flag he has traveled 273 days out of the last three years and most of them are to Latin America.

I attached a page, noting my name, A#, section of the form, page, question and marked as (Continued).

 

As an auditor I have travelled often to Latin America as well as Canada. I did not provide explanation but I will if asked during the interview.

depending on his job, the travel should be self explanatory - so if he works in Sales or Contracts or a field where travel is expected they will coordinate info throughout the file.
