My husband and I had our AOS (from VWP) interview last Friday, June 6th.  We were approved on the spot.  The officer handed out an Interview Results document stating the outcome including the Conditional Green Card and the removal of conditions within 2 years.  Yesterday, I received sms/email updates saying "new card is being produced."

I-130 & I-485 (AOS) Concurrent Filing | Approved in 13 months & 10 days

06/30/2017: Biometrics completed

07/13/2017: Ready to be scheduled for an interview

09/19/2017: Submitted online case inquiry for EAD

09/20/2017: Approval Date for EAD & AP (117 days from filing date)

09/25/2017: Received hard copy I-797 Notices of Action (EAD & AP)

09/27/2017: Received Combo Card (EAD & AP)

12/27/2017: Submitted online case inquiry/SR for I-485/I-130 

05/17/2018: Received email response re: SR  

05/29/2018: Notice Date for AOS Interview scheduled

07/06/2018: AOS Interview & Approval Date (406 days from filing date) 

07/13/2018: Conditional Green Card in hand (CR6)

04/15/2020: Credit Card charged

04/16/2020: Case was received, assigned to WACNotice Date for I-751

04/17/2020: SMS notification that case was received

04/20/2020: Received hard copy I-797 NOA

09/30/2020: Old fingerprints were applied to ROC application

12/30/2020: SMS/e-mail received that case was transferred and new office has jurisdiction

01/04/2021: Received Transfer Notice to NBC 

04/19/2021: New card is being produced; Approval Notice date (374 days from filing date

04/20/2021: Case was approved notification received

04/21/2021: Card has been mailed to me notification

04/22/2021: I-751 Approval Notice received

04/24/2021: Permanent Green Card in hand (IR6)

Timeline

Wanted to share that my friend with PD in February 2018 just got her interview notice scheduled for March 7!! Hopefully that means they are finally moving along!!!

Yeah it has been taking AOS about 10 months to a year in Las Vegas to get processed. It is also taking about that time for naturalization. I am not sure about the removal of conditions though.

Our PD is May 29th and the received date is June 25th 2018, our status was updated on December 07th 2018 to "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview" that was over two months ago.

Ours has been on Ready to be scheduled for interview since June 26, 2018. 😔

The delay is so crazy!!! I’m hoping we hear something soon! I wish there were more people from Vegas here that update their timeline so that it gives us a better idea!!

I suppose that when you get your interview we will have to wait another SIX months!
Can't believe we actually pay for this service!

Yeah everything is delayed. You can check my timeline. My priority date was 10-24-2016 and my interview was on 7-31-2017. My status on USCIS never changed to  “Ready to be scheduled...” I didn’t get an update after the first update and work permit approval until my case was scheduled. I know few people who went through AOS and some for naturalization and for both it was around 12 months.
