USC

PD- March 3rd, 2017

Approved- September 1st, 2017

Texas service center

They r working on March for USC for sure. Unfortunetly, the USCIS website doesn't update as much as it needs too and sometimes they provide wrong info by mistake or no we don't know. But, do consider this visajourney website bcoz they r pretty accurate and it's based on the real people's info who go through the same process. So u guys who r still waiting, just be strong and don't loose hope coz it's gonna be ur turn soon. Believe me, i've been there.

Hey all! Having such a tough week missing my spouse. We're at the Texas Service Centre and got our NOA1 in early March, and we've heard absolutely nothing since then. Six months with no word at all. It's so frustrating. Just needed to vent :(

USCIS website just updated the processing times today. Nebraska started working on applications from Dec. 9th as of July 31st.  So I am assuming they are processing January or Feb. now..Let's hope we hear something soon.

Here is to all the hope I can muster up!!!

People approved from march are you guys residents or citizens?? We see on the processing times that TSC is approving march applications it says residents.. im a citizen and my PD is march 27 and havent received anything. Curious if residents are being approved first since it says citizens cases are still being processed since dec 2016.

Maybe they are getting approved their I 130 but residents relatives have to wait a lot, once they have their NOA2 they have to wait for an available number number of visa, they are giving the F2A Visa for people who applied in October 2015.

Okay,

The USCIS website shows the processing times as of the date showing on top of the chart. Example: Nebraska shows they are processing applications from Dec. 9th as of July 31st. Now we are in Sep. 19th meaning they are most likely working on Jan./Feb. applications since the dates on that chart are 2 months behind. They usually update these dates every 15th of the month like they just did this month which is showing on the bottom right of the same chart. We don't know how accurate those dates are on USCIS website but some people say the dates on this forum are pretty accurate. You may want to add your timeline like some of us, it will show you based on other applicant's dates of approval the approximate date of yours.

I hope you now have a better idea.

Good luck.
