Hi there,

Me and my wife filed my I-765 work permit form 90 days ago and are yet to hear anything back. We filed for my green card at the same time and the website says were approved for an interview but its said that for over a month. We called the USCIS  and they are filing a service request to find out whats going on. 

Anyone dealt with something like this?

it would be helpful is you update your timeline to have more information to help you better. VJs time for i765 and I131, in my opinion, are very good. in our case USCIS received on jun02, 2016 and i received it on Sep 9. and the appointment for our interview was scheduled to March 24th. Now they are runnung with Dec8,2016 fillers. so you should receive news soon.

I don't know when you filed or any other info as you haven't filled in your timeline..

 

But I suggest you join the AOS thread for the month you filed your application. You'll see tons of other people in your exact same situation also waiting.
