First of all, Mabrouk on your case approval and interview date! :)

And to answer your question, I'm pretty sure you need to take all required documents with you on the day of the interview. Good luck!

First of all, congratulations on your petition approval and your interview date. :D

And I'm pretty sure SaRy is correct in that you will need to bring the documents with you to the interview.

A quick question for you Mehdi-T, did you receive the packet 3 by postal mail or by email? I keep reading conflicting answers. Thanks!

Yes, I have seen in recent threads that the apostille is needed, but it seems like no one knows for sure!

Here is a recent thread about it: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/608505-new-apostille-rule-for-moroccan-documents/

Thanks for all bro

I'm not sure how or where to get the apostille as I'm actually the petitioner living in the USA. I would contact the consulate an ask which (if any) documents need apostille. This way we can maybe have a clear answer as to if this step is even needed and how to proceed. Sorry I can't be of much help for this!

You're welcome, Mehdi, and thanks for your wishes! RJandHamid, good luck on your petition, guys! :)

This apostille thingy has, as we say in Darija, "come out of the side." I've never heard of such a thing before. In that thread linked above, it's apparently not needed for the actual interview, but might be required by the translator in order to translate the documents. It could also be needed after the interview for some unspecified reason...

Now only someone who goes through the interview, in the future, can tell us whether the Consulate asked for it or not. However, I think if it was required it would have been listed in the instructions email.

EDIT. Mehdi, tell me please, how long have you waited after NOA2 to email the Consulate? And have you guys called the NVC to get your visa number? And in that email you sent to the Consulate, did you mention that number? Thanks :)
