So I have met my man 3 years and half ago through the internet and we fell in love and after a year and some months we saved money and could meet. I visited him 2 times and this is my third. I travelled with the ESTA and I have to go back home in 3 weeks but last friday he proposed me and I said yes. He wants me to marry him this very next week and I couldnt be any happier because he said I was the woman he wants to marry before his grandfather passes away and IM the first he ever met, but Im a little bit worried at the same time. I have read that we can get married and I can stay applying for an adjustment of status if our marriage is honest and real, which there is no doubt, we have hundreds of pictures, travels done together and nothing but love between us since the very beginning. I been reading the guide on how to adjust status in the forum and I love how this forums shows the process step by step and doest seem that hard to do but the following questions keep me up at night these days.

Is it true they can deport me if we go ahead? We never planned to fraud the system or to do something ilegal but we want to be together.
What are the best things we can do to get married and avoid being deported or arrested but stay together?
Anybody knows good lawyers in orlando just in case I Need help with filling the papers?
Kisses and blessings toeverybody

Congrats.

You be fine to stay and adjust your status.

Just be aware that you will not be able to leave and then come back before you have the AP card in hand and that takes about 90 days from the day you file your AOS package.

Is there no risk of getting in troubles? We have a gym membership together, a makeup memembership in both of our names (I get a box every week) and we are going to open a bank account together, is this enough?

Thank you darling, I take this opportunity to also ask you for good places to visit in canada, I only been all over europe so I dont know much about canada, what are some fun things to do there? when the process is complete we would love to see canada and hopefully survive doing snowboard haha

There's some risks yes, but you'll likely be fine.  Canada is huge but some beautiful places to see: Banff, Niagara Falls, Toronto, Quebec City, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island.  Lots of touristy areas in each of them :) make sure that you don't Travel without advanced parole as well

Traveling without AP would basically mean you most likely wouldn't get back in the country and abandon your AOS.  With Toronto I recommend saving some money and staying on the outskirts of the city (Mississauga or Vaughan).  Niagara Falls my favorite is the Crown Plaza.

Toronto has the ROM which is wonderful, Ontario Art Gallery, and I think a few others.

the sooner you have everything together the better.  You enter a new period of authorized stay.
