Have a question maybe someone could provide some insight.

My fiance lives in Davao and will have to fly to Manila Embassy.

Any suggestions on how to schedule the medical and interview with close dates?

Thank you in Advance

Steve

Medical can be done 7-10 days before interview to give time for results and for them to be forwarded to the Embassy

St. Lukes Clinic in Manila and the Embassy are all within walking distance of each other.

I recommend https://www.agoda.com/casa-bocobo-hotel/hotel/manila-ph.html?cid=-218 Casa Bocobo Hotel. Tell them I sent you..LOL...just kidding they don't know me.

Anyways between the medical and the interview she can do the required CFO as well.

You may want to check the Philippines forum here to see what others have to say about the timing issue.

Congrats on the NOA 2.

No problem. We are all hear to help.

NBI needs to be for travel to US or immigrate abroad . Apparently they have more than one type of NBI clearance.

I would recommend getting 2 copies.

You can help with DS-160.

When you first create it there will be an AA number that is generated.

Write that down as well as the other login info it will have you input.

The some what tricky part is the photo upload. If file on your desk top is too big it won't take it.

Also SHE legally has to be the one to digitally sign the DS-160 or press the magic button.

Most of the info they ask will be found on your I-129F and G-325A if you are an older form filer.

Any remittance receipts from LBC/Remitly/Xoom/Western Union will help as well for proof of relationship so you can send a few of those as well.

I posted this in the February filers but I know some people follow me in March because my case is so slow. I got my noa2 today of acceptance after 199 days from the recieve date. On to the next stage and wishing everyone else waiting that they will hear good news soon.

That is crazy 200 Days!

Any clue as to why the long wait?

In any event. Congrats the worst is behind you.

I'm 1300 miles away from home my neighbor calls me and tells me that he's been picking up my mail. Today I got a letter from immigration so I tell him to hurry up and open it..... NOA2 approved!

No senator, but this last week I was turning up the heat. Probably because of age of petition it was approved, as phone calls didn't seem to help.

TwoDs I'm sure is correct,  the antique petitions laying around become a problem for the 'quarterly look how great uscis is' report.  Anyways..... WHO CARES? I GOT APPROVED!!!

:dancing::dancing::dancing::dancing::dancing::dancing::dancing::dancing::dancing:

Lol, are you serious? Then you should have left earlier and had your lucky neighbor get your mail with his lucky hands :D

Really... Big congrats! I'm sure they noticed they had approved me before you by accident, so they had to quickly fix that :P
