Thank you!!  That's all I thought it was asking but others here have indicated otherwise so I wasn't sure.  Now I really wish I hadn't missed that question.  Frustrating because we both looked over the form and managed to miss it.  D'oh!

I missed checking a box for my fiancé but I caught that when I went through the form 4 times. Don't worry. Your adjudicator might just be slow :)

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

I've got no clear idea about that since USCIS tracker isn't working. We called the first time on the 9th day. The file is there but no one touched it yet :jest::jest:

Hmmm might be worth calling later tonight 😁

You're lucky! The adjudicator likely missed it too  Which box did you miss anyway?

Olya, just believe in better!

Everything will be OK! ;)

Happy to hear you will meet soon!

My fiancé is also planning to come for the interview but as we do not know the approximate dates yet so I can only assume when we will meet. :(

Well, for us it would be just a coincidence. At first we were going to apply in April, and the August visit was planned long ago. But then Eric decided to start earlier, and then we realized that he might be here for the interview.

I know, I know.  I'd just love to jump straight to that approval!!  But hey, I would think an RFE creates a tad more work for the adjudicator so maybe, just maybe they'll opt for approval if that's the only thing wrong B-)  *wishful thinking*
