I found out that my ex wife accused me for battery and got her green card through i751 cruelty waiver..she didn't file police report but somehow she got her greencard based on waiver... now I want to petition for my fiancee in UAE ... do you think I will be able to do it as my ex wife had got her green card through abuse waiver....but I wasn't proved guilty and is is didn't charge me for anything.. it was one sided decision by uscis... now I want to apply for k visa for my fiancée abroad. Can anyone help me ?

look at it this way. anyone can accuse anyone of anything.  uscis knows this and they also know the people cruel both by accusing innocent people of atrocities and by committing atrocities against innocent people. it is your word against hers. so why would they penalize you without any proof or being given the chance to defend yourself as you would have gotten if you were found guilty. should be no problem mabye a little extra checking but that is it.

Think you should be ok, just honestly answer questions in form, it asks if you have been convicted of ......  so if you have not been convicted answer it appropriate. Fill all your papers right submit all the evidence of relationship ,and checkout lot of youtube videos about K1 visa process.Good luck .
