Good day All!

I am at the last step before getting my greencard/visa. Upcoming tuesday 2/28 i have my interview in Amsterdam and I was wondering what would be a solid proof of your relationship/marriage?

For now I have:

- pictures

- Private emails

- some plane tickets

- Wedding album

Maybe another thing that is important for my case is that in the time it took to get eveything processed I got an L1 working visa and I have been living and working in the US since april 2016. For this I will also have a W2 form for 2016 which I added to my pile of evidence.

Also any tips and tricks for the Amsterdam Consulate? :)

The only proof of your marriage is the marriage certificate.  Evidence of your relationship can include everything on your list.  If you have been legally residing with your spouse include any evidence of that as well.

For example we had pictures, joint car insurance, joint bank account, boarding passes, reciepts from activities together, and 2 affidavits.  I didnt submit our emails or skype screenshots with our i-130 but did bring a few to interview, which were never asked for nor looked at.

@NikLR Thank you for that info! Didn't think about the bank account and car insurrance. For my I-130 package I didn't include this either. I am having my interview coming Tuesday and I would rather be prepared :)

My husband received a much better rate on his car insurance after they found out he was married.  Lol! It didn't help me at all :/
