Yes :) You will schedule your interview appointment online https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/ or you may call the US Visa Appointment Services.

Hello,

 

Once you received your MNL case number, the validity of it is 1 year from the date you received the MNL case number.

 

You'll see it at the end of the e-mail once you receive it. It is based on the section 203(g) of immigration and nationality act.
