Hi filers just wanted to see if anyone has the same timeline like myself and has gotten any update as yet

 

Filed concurrently I130, I485,I765

Biometric Appointment done January 11,  2017

nothing as yet with regards to work permit, etc.

I filed on 16th November and am still waiting.  

 

I did requeat a service inquiry and received a response that I should have a decision or notice of other action (rfe*) shortly. 

 

Not sure my definition of "shortly" would match theirs.

 

Hang in there... it's coming ?

Believe me I'm hanging in there. Its nerve racking. Worse see so many things going on with ICE.

 

im going to my congressman next week Thursday I heard that they can help you with expediting so I'm going to see where that gets me
